Dylan started out on his own with a clear idea of the business he wanted to build: a workshop where honest advice, quality work and fair treatment came first. That still guides us today. We’ll explain what your car needs, talk you through the work and keep you informed, so you know where you stand.
Our story so far
Starting out
After finishing his apprenticeship, Dylan went out on his own, determined to build a business that reflected his morals and work values.
Opening the shed
A couple of years into building the business, Dylan opened the Baringa workshop we’re in today and started ADR Mechanical.
Growing the team
As ADR grew, Ben joined the workshop and Brooke came on board to look after the office. Today, the three of us keep the business running together.

T&Cs apply. Warranty applies provided no other work has affected the work we carried out or the parts we fitted. Parts must be supplied by ADR Mechanical or sourced from reputable brands or suppliers.
